Considered unnecessary. Handwritten: with front shutters only Experimental Test Report. It is proposed to fit only louvred bonnets or plain bonnets. The present shutters are very rarely used and detract from the appearance of the bonnet. Louvred bonnets will be fitted for hot countries. Handwritten in margin: rear Road Test Report.
