Thank you for your memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.6/MH.{M. Huckerby}4.2.38.
We have received and fitted the new bumper as instructed.

We will enquire how many failures Paris have had of the spring plates, where weakened by the holes for the U bolts. You may recollect that we experienced such a failure on 3.B.IV. when it was last in France.
