Messrs.Rolls-Royce,Ltd., Date 2. 11. 28. Page 2 necessity to match up as regards the centre of the fitting with the petrol arrangements on the other side of the tank, so that the gauge being slightly out of centre, would not be so important from an appearance point of view. In the new standard tank, with less openings through the baffle, the surge will probably be adequate. We are proceeding with tests in connection with the lag on the gauge reading, and will communicate with you as soon as we arrive at definite results. Assuring you at all times of our best attention, We remain, dear Sirs, Yours faithfully, H.M.HOBSON,Ltd., [Signature] Joint Managing Director. | ||
