Dear Sir,

Re Balance of Front Wheels.

With reference to your conversation with our Mr Cox at London some time ago concerning the above matter, we beg to advise you that we have appreciated the importance of having the front wheels in balance for some considerable period and we believe you will be interested in the results of our investigations.

The various points affecting the balance of front wheels can be considered as follows -

Firstly, the balance of the deal fitted with security bolts and tyre valve.

Secondly, balance of the inner tube.

Thirdly, balance of the outer cover.
