Nerva To Mr. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} W. Hancock, Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, FRANCE. From Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}13/KT.27.11.33. We note your remarks re. your radiator shutters. Can you fasten these shutters open with a small spring and find out what poundage is required to ensure that they do open. What we cannot understand is why we should be different to the Phantom as we have a larger radiator area and approx. the same top speed.
