Fitting of blanking plates to radiators and the circulation of instructions.

RE. RADIATORS.

With reference to Mr. Royce's memo. R5/G20/10/19, as you are aware, we are at present fitting the blanking plates inside the radiator, next to the fan, but at the bottom. We have up to the present time fitted the 7" plate and sent the 4" plate with the spares. Instructions in the form of a label regarding the use of these plates have been attached to the smaller plate and sent with the spares. We attach hereto a copy of the instructions which have also been circularised to the Depots. We have given this information to BJ.
We shall be glad to hear from you, however, in view of Mr.Royce's memo., if any modifications are necessary to the instructions which have been issued. If so, will you please let us have these modified instructions for circularisation.
