Dear Sirs,

X.4359. For the attention of Mr. Day. X.3014b.

We thank you for your letter of the 14th.
enclosing Drawing No.83 of dynamo required for Goshawk II.
We are most anxious that our mac{Mr Macintosh}-hine shall be embodied in this engine, but we regret that we have not a machine available that will be suitable under 5 1/4" in diameter.

We are enclosing herewith drawing of this machine which is the same as that fitted to your standard 40.50 h.p. car, and we shall be interested to know at your convenience whether it is possible to make provision for it.

Yours faithfully,
THE LUCAS ELECTRICAL CO.LTD.
