Dear Sirs,

Subject to the General Conditions stated on the back hereof, you are requested to supply the undermentioned goods, delivered free these works, to replace those supplied to our Order No. 40/58 H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Chassis (E & Pers) returned this day defective for the reasons specified hereunder:- by pass train

5 - 40/50 H.P. Wheels which have been fitted with 7" Rims.

Rebuild the above 5 40/50 H.P. Chassis Wheels, in accordance with arrangements made with Mr. Paul.
