STROMBERG JUNIOR MERCURY VACAMETER Visible From Two Sides The demand for a low-priced mercury vacuum gauge resulted in the development of this smaller instrument. Consequently, it has all the features desired by the trade. It is possible to read this gauge from both sides, as it has a double set of scales. The manometer tube is mounted between the two scales in such a manner that the mercury is always visible against the light which passes through from the opposite side. This means that both the operator and the customer can see the actions of the mercury column as it rises and falls when the various vacuum conditions are detected. The instrument sells the jobs, as it shows these troubles with amazing accuracy. It is a salesman in itself. Every repair shop needs this practical instrument to do a good job of merchandising repair work and performing tune-ups. Its ability in covering the complete range of vacuum tests leaves no trouble undetected. Below are given some of the tests which this instrument makes.
