To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} x7960. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/MJ.30.12.30. 58-GN. With reference to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}9/E29.12.30. The rear spring deflection for America we are recommending, is 10.25". Your springs have this deflection but have not been designed to accomodate the increased stress. This is why we stated that they were not the final spring for America. However, there should be no danger in your using them for English conditions. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
