In view of the extremely limited rebound to which we are committed with an underslung frame, I think we ought to make early experiments with some existing chassis fitted up with stirrups directly under the axles to assimilate this condition. I know that we have the Phantom III at the moment with a limited rebound, but the quantities are not the same and there is a certain amount of flexibility present in the method of checking which is not quite representative of what we shall get with the frame under the axle.
