together with a copy of Memo DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}11/G.9.12.38.

This job has been discussed with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/WYM{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}, and he has agreed to produce the pieces required for fitting the Buick Silencer to the first chassis without detail drawings, with the exception of the Exhaust Manifold and U piece.

Will BY/Cs please produce the detail drawings of the Exhaust Manifold and the U shaped Connecting Piece.

The prints are therefore sent to BY/HEB{H. Biraben} for filing only, until further instructions are issued.
