V7772. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Bodies for Left-Handed Chassis. Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} C. Whr{Mr Wheeler} EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Replying to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}10/MJ.4.3.30 I have already started up the question of the bodies, and there is a memo. from EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} to DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} (which he has asked DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} to see you about) explaining that they have agreed to design and supervise the bodies, and we have decided on the types, i.e. one to be a six-seater enclosed drive limousine and the other a Sedanca with De Ville front. The necessary special sub-frames will of course be required and I am asking Whr.{Mr Wheeler}, who will be dealing with this matter from the commercial point of view, to see that no time is lost in getting the bodies ordered.
