WorS/T.4.3.30.

It is now practically settled that we are going to supply chassis to America, and I want you to immediately commence building two experimental chassis left hand.

Will BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} kindly instruct the Experimental Dept. to get on with this work at the earliest possible moment.

Of course, the chassis which we have been proceeding with for some time will form one of the two Exptl chassis, so actually there will be only one to instruct for.

This should be treated as an urgent matter.

Will RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} let me know to-morrow on what day he expects the first Exptl Chassis to be ready.

This information should be treated as private and confidential, because, as previously pointed out, we do not want to do anything to injure the sales of the stock of Phantom I which America have on their hands.
