RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} P.O. Box 1, Chertsey Road, SUNBURY ON THAMES 24 . 5 . 38. My dear Mr. Hives, I thought you might possibly like to glance at this paper on a suspension I have patented. It's pretty grim reading, and leaves a taste in the mouth rather like a sloe-berry. On the whole, surprising the things that come out of an airship - sort of 'float-on-air' ideas. I developed it when in charge of the Co.'s transport in N.W. Persia. Am now at their Research Lab. at Sunbury. Am sending a copy to RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} & Royce with kindest regards & memories Yrs G.Y. | ||
