(sheet 3) they are being printed on paper and issued similarly to our present "K" books. A hand book however is in course of preparation made up of a simple folder of medium octavo size of loose leaf pattern in which all the necessary information can be dealt with in future. The intention is to hand a copy of this to every designer to avoid waste of time which arises with the present system. This would also make a provision for instructing new comers in R.R. practice. In the course of time it is hoped that this instruction book will develop into a bound volume. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
