Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/KW. 24.4.35.

B-10-DG. Mr. Thompson.

This car will be going down to Park Wards next week for attention to the body prior to being returned to the owner. The points requiring attention are :-

(1) The no-draught ventilation windows rattle when in the half open position.

(2) The Driving mirror is in such a position that it is impossible to see out of the rear window. Will you please alter this.

(3) The noise insulation scheme should be fitted to the car. We are sending the necessary petrol tap and oil union down with the car.

(4) There is a rattle which appears to come from the nearside front door which occurs when going over bad roads.

By-the-way, when Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} was here last week he was complaining about a boom at 30 m.p.h. on the 20/25. You will recollect that we left you a small fish tail and asked you to try it on this particular trouble. Will you please let us know if it overcomes the difficulty.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
