Special instructions should be given that the Coachbuilders allow sufficient clearance between the floorboards and the stop of the servo. The stop on the servo stands above any other part on the gearbox and we have had frequent cases where this has fouled the floorboards.

It should also be pointed out that if the slot is cut into the boards to give clearance and it is at all possible to be able to put the board in the other way round, that a slot should be made both sides. This is very important because if the floorboards prevent the servo from operating, it may mean a serious accident.
