Dear Mr. Robotham, With reference to our correspondence in connection with the Bentley on which we found that the tyres had been badly fitted, the chassis number of this car was B.51 E.J. Yours faithfully, INDIA TYRE & RUBBER COMPANY LIMITED. Paul Lmttle, Works Manager. [Handwritten Notes] Thanks I find the tyres we fitted date as far back as June 19 '35. I have taken the job up with our fitters but cannot do much particular care. 5 grey wheels were supplied to motors on Bentley August 1935. For this car tyre works changing would be done there. | ||
