Mr. Royce's feedback on the Spare Wheel Carrier Dust Cover, requesting it be remade from black-enamelled sheet aluminium due to the current version being too heavy.

We have seen one of these on 4.G.11., and
Mr. Royce has remarked that he does not like the whole thing electro-plated, and thinks that it is too heavy.
We would therefore like you to make the dust cover of sheet aluminium possibly .048" thick, and the whole to be black enamelled.
