With reference to the above car which is now in the hands of the Production Test Department for final test routine, we shall assume, unless we hear to the contrary, that the position in regard to the above car is similar to that of 16-EX, as outlined in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG22.8.28. and C13/D27.8.28., and we shall put this car through the usual acceptance test and apply for delivery instructions in the usual manner. We understand that Sn.{Mr Sanderson} has already taken up the question of this car not at present being fitted with new tyres, in regard to which the Production Test Dept. are still awaiting instructions.
