Re Hydraulic Spring Tester.

approval, but I should be of the decided opinion that the scales should read in one hundred of lbs., and that the deflection scale should be divided in tenths of lbs. and twentieths of inches.

I think we should very clearly make a rule of keeping our units in inch pounds throughout our technical work at least.

The one I refer to is the 3 ton Hydraulic Spring Tester at about £57.0.0. by Avery.
