We think you will agree that there is a con- siderable difference between working near the lower limit of preload" as agreed to by us and sending in rollers with "no end movement" and which upon our inspection, have no preload. In view of the fact that you sent in one batch which was quite satisfactory it seems to us that your works must be under the impression that we no longer require the pre- load between the specified limits.
