Messrs. H.M. Hobson Ltd.,
47-55, Acton Vale,
London. W.3.

For the attention of Maj. Searight.

Dear Sir,

We are concerned to find that on a number of our latest K.S. gauge heads the fluid has lost its colour completely. We do not think this trouble can be in any way connected with mis-use, but the samples are here for your inspection at any time and we have in all seven or eight cases.

The tank for the single line petrol gauge which we discussed with you at Easter will be sent off in the course of a day or so. We are sorry that this has been so delayed.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
