Dear Sirs, We are at a loss to understand the cause of the K-S Telegage fluid losing its colour in the latest type gauge heads of which you speak. We should be obliged if you could let us know as to whether the liquid in question originally had the purple coloured dye,or the scarlet coloured dye similar to the sample which we are sending you in bottle under separate cover to-day. This scarlet colour was found to be a faster dye than the purple or violet colour dye, and as far as our experience goes with the scarlet, we have not had any pronounced cases of fading under our observation during the last three to four years, but with the purple dye there were undoubtedly | ||
