Dear Sirs,

REFERENCE - Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} 13/EJ/161120

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 16th inst.

We heartily agree to the conditions mentioned therein. We clearly understand that we have no expectation or desire to supply you with magnetos on any other basis than that of quality.

You are at perfect liberty to run the machine that you have to destruction, and should you require others for the same purpose we will be only too pleased to supply them without any expense whatever to yourselves.

We would further state that we have not made a practice, nor have we any intention of doing so, of publishing lists of or reports from our customers, and we fully appreciate the fears that you entertain in this matter.

Should our product merit your patronage, we are confident that your satisfied customers would gradually establish a goodwill for us without our in any way making a song of it.

Yours faithfully,

CONNER MAGNETO & IGNITION LTD.
