The route I would recommend to Toulon as the best at present is as follows:- Boulogne, Abbeville, Beauvais, St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Germain, Versailles, Melun, Nevers, Moulins, Roanne, Tarare, Lyons, Valence, Avignon, Salon, Marseilles, Toulon.
