Will you please carry out the following work on Mr. E.R. Hall's 4¼ litre Bentley car, B-106-GA. Re-line the brakes with standard Bentley material. When you are changing the brake linings on this car will you please fit a set of anti-jagger brake parts which we are supplying. B-216-GA. Mr. Hall's complaint on this car is of pinking. We have asked Ratcliffe to go into this matter with your people, and see if the ignition governor characteristic wants correcting. It should not be necessary to decarbonise this car after 4,000 miles. The other complaint is a jagging clutch, we will supply the necessary material to improve this.
