FAILURE OF ROCKER ARM.
Chassis No.B.58.GA.
Report No.W.107.

Reference your By.3/B.7.1.38 we have no record of any such failures at K.{Mr Kilner} since the inception of the new type Bentley.

The writer, who personally deals with failures of such a nature, has never heard of a rocker arm failure.

In any case the system in vogue at K would mean that he would be instantly informed of such an occurrence and the matter would be reported to RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} either verbally or in writing at the earliest opportunity.
