In reply to By/EM.1/J22. 8. 30., we do not agree that we should be forced to accept replacements of the hard rubbers which we have definitely proved are not up to a reasonable standard and do not conform with our approved sample. If, however, we are forced to buy from Messrs. Dunlops we should use the quality "B" rubber recently submitted to us.
