To Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}/Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 48470 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/LG10.8.27. CAR NO. 78-SC. X8950 With reference to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}/Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}22/EDL/8.8.27. We find that the pieces we made for this car were not sent down with it when it left the Works. We are arranging to despatch them by the next car which goes to Conduit Street. The plate at the back of the pedals is not of much use except to get an idea of the position of the foot for people who take it off the pedal when driving.
