4.10.39. Special attention is drawn to Lr{Mr Ellor}/Wst.2/WJ.

Mr. Fedden raised with me the importance of obtaining as quickly as possible a clearance from the Air Ministry on the sparking plug position, referred to on page 2 of the Minutes, the deletion of the Coffman starter, page 3, and the introduction of the voltage control.
