Minor accident involving the 8-EX car in Bristol.

To D/L. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Y499 Hsl/LG26.8.27. ACCIDENT WITH 8-EX CAR. When driving through Bristol on 8-EX car on Saturday the 20th. Aug. I pulled up at the swing-bridge over the Avon, as soon as I stopped it was necessary for me to reverse in order to make room for a bus. When I had backed a yard or so, I found I had run into a Morris car which had come up behind me and stopped in such a position that it was very difficult to see. The damage to the Morris car was - broken head lamp glass and bulb, and dented lamp. There was no damage to 8-EX car. The owner of the car was :- Mr. W.G.Tait, 1 Royal York Villas, Clifton, Bristol.
