L Sec Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} [REDACTED] 214? 1124 BY.27/G.17.12.37. FOUR-PORT CYLINDER HEAD. Referring to your memo RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}8/MJ.16.12.37. pointing out good castings cannot be obtained for the ? four-port head already instructed for the 1st. in 'D' series, but good castings can be made for the head with increased water space. In view of the facts quoted I see no alternative but to instruct the latest head for the 1st. in 'D' series, and have arranged accordingly. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
