For the attention of Mr. Martin-Hurst. Dear Sirs, We have received your letter of 6th. inst., for which we thank you, and will await your advice as to whether any alterations will need to be made to the tube and bellows plate mentioned therein. In order to decide on what unit to use in a new thermostat scheme which we are drawing, we would like you to let us have the following quotations as soon as possible - (1) Thermostat unit to BGA.2073A with 18 gauge frame and stiffened bottom plate, with ball valve cap sweated to valve, and valve seat diameter of 1 5/8", set to open at 80°C ± 1°C - in lots of 1000. (2) Thermostat unit to BGA.2073A with stiffened bottom plate and 80° opening temperature, otherwise exactly as supplied to Messrs. Vauxhall - in lots of 1000. (3) Thermostat unit with double acting bellows, opening temperature to be 80°C ± 1°C, otherwise exactly as supplied to Messrs. Rovers Ltd. - in lots of 1000. | ||
