Some while ago we had made full scale drawings of the gun bays, the gun mountings and the ammunition boxes of the wings of both the Spitfire & Hurricane Fighters. The drawings made were as given below - ✓PL.294 (8 sheets) Sections of wing. Hurricane. ✓PL.295 (1 sheet) Gun Mounting. Hurricane. ✓PL.296 (1 sheet) Ammunition box Hurricane. ✓PL.297 (10 sheets) Sections of Wing Spitfire. ✓PL.298 (3 sheets) Gun Brackets. Spitfire. ✓PL.299 (Sheets 1 & 3) Ammunition boxes Spitfire. Will Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /HH. accept the originals attached herewith and issue prints to Ev. {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Ve. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /HH. and Ashby.
