Sir,

I am driver to Mrs M.M.Hare and had some conversation with you last year at Littlestone on the matter of tyres.

You were at the time running on some "Prowodnik" tyres and I would be glad to know what results you obtained from them, also if you would express a general opinion of oversize tyres, are they likely to produce side roll?

My reason for troubling you is that Mrs Hare has another Rolls Royce on order and I am most anxious to suggest the best possible tyre for her new car, and have had no opportunity to test the above for my self, we do not get a very good mileage from our present tyre (Michelin).

Trusting you will give me the benefit of your experience in this matter and thanking you in anticipation.

I am, yours respectfully.

(signed) D.A. Apel.
