The possibility of making the above bracket as a Dixstampo stamping has been investigated, and it is found that a saving of 1.98 shilling per chassis will result. A Part Tool Cost of £7.10.0d. will be involved, which would be recovered after 76 chassis. No jigs are scrapped.

This modification could be introduced with no scrap at the 112 th chassis in 'B' series.

The bracket is now cast in B/C 215A.
