Coachwork, and the filing of same. As we shall have to file our own memos at least for a while the system has to be simple. 1. Letters. All letters re actual experimental bodies will be signed by yourself, and your copy will be sent to us for our file. In general therefore, letters to Park Ward will have copies to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} only. 2. When dealing with actual bodies being produced at Park Ward only one body should be the subject of each memo. e.g. 3.B.5. 2.B.50, or 24.G.VI. This is to facilitate filing. 3. All Park Ward letters to you will be sent to us for filing. 4. Letters to Park Ward will be addressed to the Company and marked Confidential on envelope and letter, and they will be asked to address replies to R.R.Ltd., Confidential, attention of Mr.Bailey. Filing. ------- 1. We propose to revert to the system of filing we have used in the past with fair success. There shall be a file for each body under construction, and all letters which control the construction of that body will be in that file, both inward and outward. 2. All other letters both inward and outward but not referring to a specific body will be placed in a file marked "Experimental Coachwork" (General). Cont'd...... | ||
