contd:- -2- twelve-cylinder can run at eighty, because I have been in one doing this. This matter is really of very great importance, because either we have to own to Mr. Dugdale that we cannot put up a performance such as he is getting for less money, or we are going to take steps on the lines indicated above to succeed with him.
