We have not yet received the backed-off pinion for trial on the S.S. starter rig.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} now suggests that he would like us to try a pinion with corners completed rounded, i.e. both engaging and disengaging corners. We should be pleased if you would arrange to supply such a pinion.
