SEQUENCE STARTER MOTOR PINION

We are now awaiting from you for test three different modifications of pinion -

(1) Pinion with both engaging and disengaging corners left entirely sharp. Verbal.

(2) Pinion with sharp engaging corners rounded disengaging corners and backed-off teeth. Instructed by BY/RD8/M112.1.29.

(3) Pinion with all edges rounded off like gear teeth which presumably includes some degree of rounding off in the shape of packing off. EFC3/T7.2.29.

We should be pleased to have these pinions for test on our rig at your early convenience.

EFC.
