To EY. from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} c. ROY. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} 14108 EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 10/T27.10.25. X.4105 - CUTOUT CONTACT POINT EXPERIMENTS. With reference to the attached, we have had three sets of these Reynold cutout contact points running on experimental cars, which have to date done respectively 3000, 700 and 700 miles. Though we cannot complete the standardisation sheet until we have a total of at least 10,000 miles running, there is no evidence from the observation of these points that they are not completely satisfactory with the present standard. however, If, therefore, you deem it advisable at this stage to utilise these on production, we have no objection to advance.
