x6032. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.3/MA. June 28th., 1933. Messrs.Joseph Lucas Ltd., Well Street, Birmingham, 19. For the attention of Mr.L.G.Toulmin. Dear Sir, We beg to refer you to your letter of the 7th. inst., reference X/LGT10, regarding a special pair of HF{H. W. Frost - Coachwork Inspector}722 Alto Horns. It will be remembered that we returned these two horns to you because the terminal were exposed and we requested you to be good enough to modify the terminals to our standard pattern. Although these horns were returned to you immediately we regret that we have not yet received them back again and as we have a special Bentley chassis about to undergo a prolonged road test we should be much obliged if you would return these horns to us for test as soon as possible. We should also be interested to know what you propose to do with regard to the small chromium plated nuts working loose on these HF{H. W. Frost - Coachwork Inspector}722 horns. We shall be glad if you will kindly deal with these matters as soon as possible and advise us accordingly. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
