Y4013.

Chassis 116-GN.
Baron de la{L. A. Archer} Gravière.

This owner complains of loss of water due to boiling, when he is climbing over a pass in the Pyrenees with an 89% inclination which lasts for four or five kilometres.

We have carried out all the improvements we know of, including the fitting of an indented tube radiator.

Have you anything new that you can suggest we can supply him with in order to overcome his complaint.

Baron de la{L. A. Archer} Gravière is a new Rolls-Royce owner who is very enthusiastic about his car, but unfortunately he has a car which is extremely heavy and we have had to make special springs to suit it. However I do not want to upset him by telling him that the weight of his body is the cause of the trouble if there is a possibility of curing the complaint without doing so.
