Dear Sir,
For the attention of Mr. Hives.

With further regard to your recent communication on the subject of a noise when running on the tyres with which your experimental car has recently been equipped, we would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange for this car to call at Aston Cross for examination of the tyres sometime on Thursday the 28th inst.

If at the same time you could give the writer the opportunity of taking a short run on the car in order to get further information on the noise question we should be very much obliged.

Would you, therefore, be good enough to advise us on the subject.

Yours faithfully,

THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO: LTD:

W Bond
