Dear Mr. Jones, We are sending you under separate cover an oil filter from one of our P.III cars which has run a distance of 1500 miles on Arctic oil. Before the beginning of this test new oil was put in the engine. We should like to have your opinion as to whether the amount of silt on this filter is normal, or what you think could have caused it.
