Dear Mr. Jelly,

Thank you very much for your letter of 16th inst. The price you mention here has put a new light on our investigations.

It has however still been decided to try a car without floatex. There is quite a possibility that we would agree to the extra cost of the floatex due to the compactness of the units. We think that piercing the holes in the flanges would be quite satisfactory and would like to have the limits required for it.

I wish you and Mr. Harris the best for Xmas and the New Year.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
