Chassis 128-PY. Gustav Wyns. Replying to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}10/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 24.9.34. Hancock has now finished 15,000 miles. His car is fitted with everything we know of on the Phantom to improve the steering. This includes controllable shock absorbers. We have arranged that he goes to Belgium, tries Mr. Gustav Wyns' car and compares it with 28-EX. He will then be in a position to recommend exactly what can be done and will also be able to tell us whether we shall be able to satisfy the customer when the modifications have been carried out.
