Dear Sirs,

With reference to yours of the 8th inst., and also confirming the writer's telephonic communication with you this morning, you can rest assured that we are pushing ahead with the Brake System as quickly as possible.

We have ordered up the front axle and the patterns for the shoes and everything is being done to expedite the job as quickly as possible.

You can rest assured that that total cost of the job will not be any more than £55 as stated in our letter to Mr. Robotham 28th April, 1936.

We are also going into the question of a quotation for 400 sets and this will be sent to you within the course of the next few days.

We note your remarks re making a neat job of the front axle and this will also be done.

Sincerely trusting that now everything is quite in order.

Yours faithfully,

for NEW HUDSON LTD.,

Alex Fraser
WORKS MANAGER.
